Terms and Conditions of Sale
These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Salati and any customer making a purchase on salati.com. Last updated: January 2025.
Article 1 — Object
These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Salati ("the seller") and any customer ("the buyer") making a purchase on the salati.com store.
Article 2 — Products
The products offered for sale are those listed on the store at the time of consultation by the buyer. Salati reserves the right to modify its product catalog at any time.
Article 3 — Price
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. Salati reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time of order validation.
Article 4 — Order
The order is validated after payment confirmation. A confirmation email is sent automatically. Salati reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock issues or suspicion of fraud.
Article 5 — Payment
Payment is made online securely via the payment methods offered by Shopify. The transaction is debited at the time of order validation.
Article 6 — Delivery
Delivery terms are detailed in our Delivery Policy available on our store.
Article 7 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.
Article 8 — Warranties
Salati guarantees the conformity of its products to the descriptions on the store. In case of a defective or non-conforming product, the buyer must contact Salati within 30 days of receipt.
Article 9 — Liability
Salati cannot be held responsible for indirect damages that may arise from the purchase of products. Salati's liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.
Article 10 — Disputes
In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of Salati's registered office.
