Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your Salati rug, we are committed to finding a solution as quickly as possible.
Return Period
You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to contact us in case of a problem.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original, unused condition
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-refundable Items
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned after the 30-day period are not eligible for a refund.
Return Procedure
Contact us by email at contact@bysalati.com indicating your order number and the reason for your return. We will send you return instructions within 48 hours.
Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you find a defective product or one different from your order, contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement at no additional charge.
